Hypotheek aflossingsvrij?
Bij een aflossingsvrije hypotheek hoef je tijdens de looptijd niets af te lossen. Je betaalt natuurlijk wel maandelijks rente over je aflossingsvrije hypotheek. Deze rente blijft gedurende de gehele looptijd gelijk.
Berekening aflossingsvrije hypotheek
Als je weet hoeveel je wil lenen en of een aflossingsvrije hypotheek bij je past, dan is het slim om offertes aan te vragen zodat je weet waar je het voordeligst uit bent en welke voorwaarden van toepassing zijn.
Maximale aflossingsvrije hypotheek
Een aflossingsvrije hypotheek kun je meestal niet over de totale waarde van je onderpand afsluiten. Het maximum ligt meestal rond 75 procent van de executiewaarde. Je kunt daarom nog een extra hypotheekvorm afsluiten.

AFLOSSINGSVRIJE HYPOTHEEK TOEGELICHT

Aflossingsvrije hypotheken kennen geen aflossing gedurende de looptijd. Of een aflossingsvrije hypotheek voor jou geschikt is moet je nagaan voordat je een hypotheek gaat afsluiten. De hypotheekrente aflossingsvrij blijft gedurende de looptijd gelijk.
